Time for Yellow

Clark Gregg is back for Iron Man 2! I know, I know, who is that? Well, he's Agent Phil Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D., of course. I liked him in the first movie. Good to know we're keeping him around.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are 25 years old. And because they are, we're of course going to have a new movie! It seems this attempt will 'be more like the original comic book'. My realy issue here, is, do we need a retelling of the origin? Is there anyone who will be interested in a new TMNT movie who /doesn't/ know what happened? In the case of young kids, is the origin so complicated that they can't be informed of it in about a minute? I mean, it really sort of is right there in the title - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Add in a little bit about ooze and Splinter and you're there, right?

The Hollywood Reporter reports James Marsden will star in Screen Gems' reimagining of Straw Dogs. Hrmmmm. The original starred Dustin Hoffman. Some big shoes, there.

And that's about it. I'm starting to get excited for Comic Con. I know we're still about three months out but I really, really, really look forward to that trip. Need to get plane tickets soon. Probably next week.

:P

I still haven't seen the new TMNT movie. I really should. It looked pretty badass.

That's what I was just sort of saying below.

Ha! Ah, if only I were geographically closer.

I've been saying that to a number of people recently.

Re: TMNT. Those young kids? They need to get off my lawn!

25 years...sheesh. Movies are all fine and good, though I liked the recent CGI one well enough.

I didn't see that newest one, though I'd wouldn't mind seeing it.

I will always love TMNT. It was my favorite cartoon as a kid, I can't help myself.

Clark Gregg was also an FBI agent in West Wing. LOVE HIM.

You are entirely correct!
