Boom and Fox Atomic have partnered up to bring you 28 Days Later comics. They're looking to fill in some story holes between movies and generally just have some fun.
Right now the script for Spider-Man 4 isn't finished yet. If you hear rumors about who the villain(s?) will be, they're not set yet. You have a few months to wait. I would love to see them finally play out The Lizard, though. 3 movies worth of background already...
There is some news out of ECCC's DC Nation panel. I was not there, so I'm sort of relying on other reports. I was likely handing out photos or some such. Issue #8 of Secret Six will feature Tony Sixers, which I can't get over the IDEA of. Wow. Also, there was stated: Beginning in August: “Blackest Night: Superman,” “Blackest Night: Batman,” and “Blackest Night: Titans.” Then in addition there will be in November: “Blackest Night: JSA,” “Blackest Night: Wonder Woman,” and “Blackest Night: The Flash.” And of course, this is really cool looking: http://dcublog.dccomics.com/2009/04/06/weve-only-just-begun-to-tease-blackest-night/
It looks like the filming title for Iron Man 2 is "Rasputin". Take that for what it is worth. (Not too much, really.)
NBC is gearing up a modern-day take on "The Wizard of Oz". This seems to be going around and around these days.
Christian Bale will star in "Prisoners", joining Mark Wahlberg who was cast a few weeks ago.
"Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2" will include Iron Fist. Hooray!
Jackie Earle Haley will play the new Freddy Krueger. I.... I can't argue with that much at all.
