Well then...
Apr. 29th, 2002 09:05 amI'm moved. For all of you who helped in any part of the process, much love to you. I am now situated on Cap Hill a few blocks (or less) away from most of my favorite places up there.
My muscles are really pissed off at me for all of the lifting and hauling I did this weekend. They can deal. I'm not checking e-mail or LJ at home at the moment. I have interenet connection, but I can't seem to get any webpages to load, so there will be a call to AT&T this evenign to ask them WTF?
So, yes. Tonight involves me being at home and continuing to get used to my room. I really like it and now that I've gotten rid of about half of the boxes, I can almost stand it. A large portion of the boxes will have to wait until I have a place for my books. Then I can ditch those as well and have lots of space for things on my shelf in the closet.
Round one of Kat vs the Kitchen went well. Found places for my stuff. Will have to do some more arranging, I feel, but, eh.... I'll work on it.
The ride on the 7 to work is pleasant and Broadway is oddly empty and near silent at 7 in the morning. Kind of strange. Pleasant in a way.
I'm tired. Amazingly tired.
Everyone say hi to
snout my new roomie.
More later.
