Watch out. Serious geekiness here in the beginning, so... Just beware.

Whatever it is I did to invoke Paradox, I apologize. Honestly and truly, I apologize. I am a walking internet jinx right now. It is amazing that I am able to post this right now. Last night our internet connection died a horrible death. I power cycle the modem and the wireless router. Still no joy. I decide to play some Catan instead of being on-line. No big worry, right? So, Kris gets home and things still aren't working. We power cycle again. Nothing works.

So, you can tell we're desperate at this point, because we call Comcast. We discover that we can connect straight from the modem just fine. So, we reset everything and switch out routers to my wireless router. Same thing. Except now I can get on AIM and I can get to websites not based in the US. I can get to the BBC, I can get to amazon.co.uk. So... Weird. We unplug everything and shut it down for the night. (And btw, Heroes? Eclipses last AT MOST for just over 7 minutes.)

I get to work in the morning... and my connection at my desk doesn't work. I'm only connected through the grace of wireless.

WHAT DID I DO?

Seriously. I'm sorry.

Last night's Heroes(minus 98% of the Sylar/Elle scenes) was probably my favorite this season. It was mostly due to Hiro, though. He's great. The 10yr old persona is awesome.

I was sad that they kept doing the weird "I'm using my power" faces after making so much fun of it.

Hiro was pretty much the only part I liked last night. And Sylar and Elle... well... I don't know. It... It felt like there was a whole story arc there smashed into around two episodes for those characters.

Agreed there. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the episode, even if I kept heckling the length of the eclipse myself. Slowest. Eclipse. Ever.
