GhibliWorld reports that Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy will produce the English localization of Hayao Miyazaki's Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea, with a cast that includes Matt Damon, Tina Fey, Cate Blanchett, Liam Neeson, Lily Tomlin, Betty White, Fankie Jonas, Noah Cyrys and Cloris Leachman.

Rumors are that a bunch of characters aren't going to make it out of Heroes. I think this comes from a) Kring not having wanted to continue with the same characters from one season into another in the first place and b) actors wanting off to do other things.

Knight Rider's 17th episode will be called "Exit Light, Enter Knight." They're going to run out of puns eventually, I'm sure.

Kring used to gack people with aplomb. That was one of the appeals of the first season - no one was safe.

Oh, gosh. It hadn't even occurred to me that Ponyo hadn't made it over here yet. Was there at least a subtitled version that people could see?

(I saw it when it came out in the theater in Japan... in July. This must be a reversal of what usually happens -- for example, Wall-E isn't being released in Japan until December. But of course now I'm back in the US. Whoops.)
