Kenneth Branagh is negotiating to direct Thor for Marvel Studios, reports Variety. The comic book adaptation is scheduled for a June 4, 2010 release.

Out of the Marvel possible films, this is the one I'm excited about. Also, with Branagh, you know Thor's speech patterns will rocketh in the fi;m, verily. ;)
