Helana Bohnam Carter has joined the cast of Terminator. (The movie, not the TV show.)

Singer Joss Stone is joining the cast of The Tudors on Showtime. She's going to play Anne of Cleves, the fourth wife of Henry VIII.

Rob Cohen, unsurprisingly, wants to make more Mummy movies. I'm not seeing this one, so I'm not really interested but word is the next one would be South American.

Jackie Chan is set to star in The Spy Next Door. Spies are big again what with Bourne and Bond being awesome.

The Herald Sun had an article about the Justice League movie. George Miller praises Megan Gale's screen test for Wonder Woman and says that things are moving forward. Please, please no. I think that this script could be good but I have little faith in the casting at all.

SciFi is making 36 new TV movies next year. One of them is going to be called RISE OF THE GARGOYLE!! DUN DUN DUN!!!! And it will start Eric Balfour. Looks like Catie got in on the gargoyle thing early. Good going!

Lucas keeps talking about Indy 5. He won't stop talking about it. No aliens, George. Give it up. You've got one franchise where you can put every alien you've ever wanted already. STOP IT! STOP STOP STOP. *ahem*

Sorry. Got a little carried away there.

There's nothing wrong with Gargoyles. We were at Izilla Toys yesterday, and L picked up a Gargoyle puppet. L loves gargoyles, and has quite the menagerie of them...but, none made of glass...

Anyways, we get to the counter and the clerk says "Oh you're buying George. How nice!" We take a closer look at the puppet's face and yes, indeed, it does resemble G.W.B.

We bought it anyways. It's not the puppet's fault, right?

Awwwwwww.

Don't get me wrong, I like Gargoyles plenty.

I also like Izzila.

I got myself a little Phoenix finger puppet, too...with red wings and a gold beak. Very cute. I'm resisting the temptation to call him "Fawkes", primarily because it's already been done...

I know nothing about the Justice League movie of which you speak and am not sure who Megan Gale is but here's hoping they don't botch it. A crappy Justice League movie could very well break my heart. I survived X3, even though I thought the folks responsible should be shot, and both Fantastic Four movies blow chunks.

It's been a while...I want another good superhero team movie...and Watchmen doesn't count.

The idea of the plot is solid but difficult.

The actors are all unknowns, which has positives and negatives.

Lucas just needs to walk away for a while, I saw episode 1 of star wars. Was dragged to see episode 2, and gave 3 a pass.

Indy 4 was... ok. And that was with Speilburg handing him a crutch.

I really don't care if the Clone Wars cartoon is giving away free t-shirts, it still does nothing for me.

Y'know, I just don't think I've got a need to see whatever he decides to work on any more.

I sort of want to see Clone Wars but from what I understand George's involvement in that was minimal, which is in its favor right now.

Maybe I'm just bitter about Galactica going off the air but I see the announcement about the SciFi channel movies and I shudder. In my opinion 90% of the original programming on that particular network is vomit worthy and then they churn out more of the same nonsense and cancel the one program they have thats worth a damn.

No, I'm probably not bitter at all.

Yeah.

And I'm not at all sure about Caprica.

I don't know. I didn't really like the earlier ones and I'm really only excited about the Jet Li and Michelle Yeoh fight.
