Yeah, I hit my vacation cap in August, barring any time off. That's four weeks of accrued time. That includes the approximately two weeks off total I took last year.
I was wrong, I've only got 112 hours right now (I took a mental health day a couple weeks ago, and a personal day in March, I think), and I accrue 10 a month, so I don't hit my cap until the end of September now.
We have one personal day a year, and that's being merged into vacation time, which means I'll soon be accruing that even faster.
I just find it vaguely annoying that it takes me about sixteen months to cap my vacation (longer, when I started) and I've gotten within 40 hours of hitting it twice in 2.5 years. Last year I was the most sick I've ever been and I think I still had a sick day (out of five per year) left over. Stupid work ethic.
I have six weeks of vacation time accrued. They tell us they want us to use our time and yet there always seems to be something that is happening that doesn't allow us to do so. I'd love to take three weeks off one of these days but my boss always says no.

I'm at my personal time cap. Not my vacation time cap. I have a ways before I get to my vacation cap. That's 120 hours.
