My weekend....

litheraWell.... Friday was my birthday.
It was kind of a downer start to the day because a character I'd been playing for three years died. I was a decent death and I'd had time to prepare for it, so it wasn't too bad, but... I'll still miss her. Then I went to lunch and moped a little and then I talked to the person who killed me who will be sending a brithday present. Really didn't want to kill Cass, but there weren't any other choices.
I finish work, go home and Cody shows up. I really needed to talk to Cody. Cody has always been a voice of clarity in my life and I've needed that recently. It was very good to talk to him and get his perspective on some things. Joe took me out to the Hurricane for dinner with some other people and then I went to see The Mexican with Cody. Well done movie. I enjoyed it. I think I was expecting more funny parts though.
Saturday - Woke up, lazed around a bit... Tried to decide what to do for the day. I decided since Marci and Emo were going to be at Janet's party that I would go and I'm glad I did. I am sorry that I missed Eliza. She's super cool, but I am glad I got to see Emo and Marci. I convinced Marci to stick around for awhile so she, myself, Cody and Jenny Z hung out for some time after a visit to a coffee shop in Bellevue.
Sunday - I realized that I had money for the first time in like two months. So, I did what I have been wanting to do for awhile. I called up Kevin and we went shopping. Yeah! Comic books and pretty silver things and hair dye and all sorts of items that had gone on hold while I had no money.
