litheraI'm starting a list of books I've read in 2008.
1 - A Dirty Job: A Novel by Christoper Moore
2 - Romance novel I can't remember the name of - it was bad.
3 - Other Romance novel I can't remember the name of - Also bad.
4 - A Lick of Frost by Laurell K Hamilton - I quite liked this one. Nice to be getting more into the politics and the recreation.
5 - Fangland: A Novel by John Marks - This book was hard to dig into. All of the characters were good and I liked some of them but there was only one of the several you switch through in the narative that I really felt I got close to. There was a lot of distance put up between the reader and most of the action until the end of the book when the action picks up. A very interesting take on vampirism and how it spreads.
What I am reading now: Heart of Stone by C.E. Murphy. If it holds true, I'll be moving onto a new book before the end of the weekend. I seem to just chew through her books. Much to my regret. I can't really ask her to write any faster than she does. I just need to make them last longer..... Somehow.
