I'm a dork.

Counting the letters on the personality profile results correctly you get Mausoleum.

When you get there, you click on the dial and get a note. Looking at the note, the bloodstained letters make up Time for Taffy. According to The Gotham Times, Johnny “Taffyface” Linata died at 7:38 a.m.

My guess is the combination is 7-3-8 but that doesn't seem to work. And 7-38 would be missing a number.
