Gotta love taking the inhaler. Such an addictive substance.

can you go for a nice fast walk? when I use mine for exercise-induicd asthma it's a lot easier coz (duh) then I go run. supposedly if you use it more regularly it gets easier but I never need to. can you go to the doctor to get nice smooth preventative ones so you don't need to use it much?

really though, I have a lot of trouble with those too, like, sure my breathing gets better but I'm about having an anxiety attack from the stimulant feeling.

I should. Right now I'm using it to help with the bronchitis/can't breathe/asthma combined thing. it's actally helping me a lot. I normally don't use the damned things. I hate them, really, but I was getting really tired of gasping for air.
