So, while talking to my dietician was cool and I learned a lot of stuff it has also made me stressed out. I'm a little crazy right now and I have a lot of resolutions that will be tested. I have the willpower. Really, I do.

But. Enough of that. I'm posting this because I find this article factinating - http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1650860,00.html?cnn=yes I sent it to some people who I thought might find it interesting but the more I read, the more I wanted to share it with more people.

It makes me chuckle some, remembering a comment my dietician said, "I don't trust that fake sugar stuff."

My grandmother is still in the hospital and I'm hoping for her well being. Liam had another check up and is doing well. Sleep and I are still passing friends, in that I woke up at 6:15 this morning after a night of on and off sleeping.

I really need to work on this matress thing sooner than later to see if getting a new matress and an actual bed frame with headboard will help at all.

What sort of benefit is a matteress on a frame supposed to confer? (Er...yes...my mattress and box springs live on the floor.)

I don't trust the fake sugars or fats, either. It's harder, but I think trying to work IN some vegetables instead of eating the same amount of low-fat/low-cal chocolate is a better path.

*shrugs* I'm not sure but I would like a headboard. I just don't think my bed looks properly bed like. I would also like to be higher up off of the ground. My matress is begining to curve in the middle no matter how I flip it or what have you. And I'm sleeping horribly.

So. New mattress for me.

Ah. Somehow, I thought your doctor told you, "Get that bed off the floor, woman!"

I'd love to have an actual bed to put my mattress in, but the only ones my man and I can agree on cost over $1000. Apparently, we have the same taste in nice furniture, but completely oppostite taste in the cheap stuff. (He's also on an anti-fiberboard kick, as fiberboard collects dustmites and therefore causes horrible allergy problems, so only Solid Wood for him.)
