In Rush Hour 3, Roman Polanski will play a French police officer who harasses Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan's characters in several scenes while the stars battle a wing of a Chinese organized-crime family. The film is currently shooting in Paris. Talk about strange.

Microsoft is shopping Halo out to Warner Bros. and Paramount this week.

Price Caspian is going to start filming in January.

There is a new trailer for Bridge to Terabithia which you can watch here. (I hate AOL movie trailers.) It looks awesome. It has been /years/ since I read this book...

There are more rumors about Spidey villains. Of course, the one that is making the rounds now is one I've been talking about for at least since before Comic Con. I'm not spoiling here, so I'll e-mail you if you want. In non-spoilery news, Spider Man 3 trailers will be out in front of Casino Royale and Ghost Rider.

The Superman Returns team (directing and writing and such) has been officially signed for another movie, though this one has a smaller budget, a little more than half of the first one.

I love Bridge to Terabithia, actually i love everything the author has done that I've read.

My weird news for the morning is they may put Chloe Sullivan from Smallville into Superman coimic canon

They're planning on finding a way to work her in because she's... well, she's one of the more solid parts of the show. That and they're hoping to bring more viewers of the show into reading the comic.
