Huh. Moon Knight

Marvel Studios, a division of Marvel Entertainment, Inc. and Vancouver based production company, No Equal Entertainment, have entered into an agreement to develop a live-action television series based on Marvel's cult favorite "Moon Knight."

Well then.

Dreams suck. So, even when I'm sleeping, I'm still not really having a great time.

dear god they better not screw that up... MK is my favorite Marvel Character, he's actually on my desktop wallpaper at this moment...

the potential is there, the multiple personalities, the urban setting, so much to draw from, but unless its on HBO I can't see it being as dark as it should be.

The new series is great by the way if you haven't picked up an issue yet...

I tried the new series, and while it seemed "good" the style just didn't work for me. But the old Sinkevich run was just fantastic.

And ya, the multiple personality angle in particular has a lot of potential for TV. This guy is *crazy*. He has no super powers, and becomes a vigilante because he says that an Egyptian moon god raised him from the dead and talks to him. So, ya. Back away slowly.

I think for that first story arc, it probably reads better collected, and its probably better if you have a history with the character. Anyone coming into it without prior knowledge of the character may be a little lost at the start.

The thing I really like about it so far is that it is gritty and reminds of the very first series...

that original run is still one of my all time favorites... I think this new series has done a good job of recapturing the tone of the original
