I can, however, give you a little bit of a taste.

This is my birthday movie. I'm so thrilled by it. I hope the trailer is going to be in front of Fearless because I really want to see this on a big screen. There is stuff here that wasn't in the Comic Con trailer and there is stuff that was in that trailer that isn't here.

Comics + Spartans + NIN in the background of the trailer = Me Very Happy.

They took the graphic novel pretty much page for page and put it on the screen. So, it might not be entirely historically accurate but it will be cool looking. The pre-screenings that have gone on have been very positive.

I'm hopeful, because the historical tale that they're trying to put a spin on is an amazing one. However, we've been burned by almost all of the sword and sandals movies.

True. I was at a pannel with the director and Frank Comic Con and Frank seemed happy with the end product. The director commented, "Look, don't try to do anything that isn't on the page. Just take what is on the page and put it on the screen. The source material is fantastic. If you stay true to it, it is hard to go wrong."

The Dark Knight Returns book, the original one, was good, if a little too...unpleasant in a societal sense, for me. But I have now read the new Dark Knight book, watched the Sin City movie, and read the Vicki Vale section of the Batman and Robin rewrite as well as seen the script that he wrote for it. No more of my money goes to that man. At all.

Attention men! I think technocracygirl is malfunctioning. She is clearly displaying some glitches in her human interface logic.
